The purification operation is carried out in the temperature range of 60-80℃ to remove impurities such as titanium and iron. Then rinse with water to remove insoluble salts, then filter and dry, and finally use air flow crushing technology to obtain zirconium silicate products. There is also a preparation method using zircon sand and water as raw materials. Through a series of processes such as ball milling, fine grinding, screening, filter pressing, and drying, high-quality zirconium silicate fine powder can also be produced.
